Dr. Niall McInerney

Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgeon.
Niall McInerney, co-founder of Med Aesthetics, is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Galway University Hospital, Ennis General Hospital, The Galway Clinic and The Bon Secours Hospital.
He is a member of the Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons. Niall offers all aspects of plastic surgery care to patients and specialises in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery, hand surgery, skin cancer surgery, surgical and non-surgical facial aesthetics and rhinoplasty.
Niall is a native of Galway and a graduate of NUI Galway where he also achieved a Master’s degree in Breast Cancer Genetics, in conjunction with the National Breast Cancer Research Institute and Cancer Research UK in London.
He has broad experience in all aspects of plastic surgery acquired during his specialist training in Ireland.
Niall also completed a fellowship in Breast Reconstruction in Toronto, which involved all aspects of breast reconstruction following treatment for breast cancer - both microsurgical and implant based. This fellowship also gave him extensive exposure to all aspects of aesthetic surgery.
Alma McGrath

Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Medical Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer, and Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
Alma McGrath, co-founder of Med Aesthetics, is a highly experienced medical aesthetician with an international background in advanced skin and laser treatments.
Originally from Galway, Alma trained and worked across London, Melbourne, and Beverly Hills, gaining over seven years of experience alongside leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons. There, she developed a comprehensive knowledge of cosmetic aesthetics and the inspiration to set up her own clinic back home in Galway.
Alma specialises in skin rejuvenation, acne, pigmentation, and age management, combining advanced laser technology with treatments such as peels and skin infusions to achieve natural, long-lasting results.
As a certified laser trainer and Laser Safety Officer, she has extensive expertise in technologies including Erbium, ND:YAG, and CO2 lasers, as well as IPL/BBL treatments and tattoo removal and is a trained clinical educator, advanced laser trainer and a proud Sciton Luminary.
Respected within the industry, Alma also contributes to product development and research, working with global brands to test and refine new innovations in medical aesthetics.
Dr. Tayyab Qayyum

Mr. M Tayyab Qayyum is a European trained Irish Plastic surgeon with 9 years of experience after his training in Plastic & Reconstructive surgery.
Mr Tayyab is on the specialist register for plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in Ireland.
After his specialist training, he obtained certificate in Aesthetic medicine from American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine as well as obtaining a diploma from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
He pursued further training in some of Ireland’s leading teaching hospitals in Dublin (Beaumont Hospital) & Galway (University Hospital Galway) and has joined our clinic as a full time Plastic Surgeon to provide his expert services in plastic, hand & aesthetic surgery.
Aisling Madden
Operations Manager
Aisling is the Operations Manager at the clinic, where she plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth and seamless running of each day.
With a strong background in healthcare operations and a genuine passion for patient experience. She is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, supporting the team, and continuously refining processes to enhance both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Working closely with the clinical and front of house teams, Aisling oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that every detail is considered and every patient journey is thoughtfully managed.
Known for her calm, approachable nature and attention to detail, she takes pride in creating a space where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She understands that aesthetic treatments are deeply personal, and she strives to ensure that every experience within the clinic reflects the trust patients place in the team.
Outside of the clinic, Aisling is a qualified mat pilates instructor, enjoys running and has recently completed two half marathons.
Dr. Areeg Khair

Surgical Registrar, Aesthetic Doctor
Dr.Areegis a highly skilled Surgical Registrar with further advanced training in aesthetic medicine. She completed the Diploma of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in 2022 she has a wide range of experience dealing with various skin conditions with special interest in less invasive anti-aging treatments.
Areegis a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MRCS) and holds a Master’s Degree (MCh) in Surgery with honors. She is also a former lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and remains committed to the new advancements in skin rejuvenation and maintaining the natural beauty ensuring optimal outcomes for her patients.
Beyond her professional pursuits Areeg enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures creating lasting memories.
Dr. Olga O’Driscoll

Dr. Olga is an integral part of the medical team at Med Aesthetics. She is a graduate of NUIGalway and of the Western Training Programme in General Practice. She has worked in the aesthetic industry for many years.
Olga completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine through Queen Mary University London, where she was awarded the Andrea Grimaldi Prize and a prestigious scholarship to the Grimaldi Institute in Naples, Italy. Olga has trained with many leading aesthetic practitioners across Ireland and abroad and is highly skilled in non-surgical aesthetic techniques.
Olga loves a natural looking ‘glow-up’ for patients of all ages, combining precision anti-wrinkle injections with natural dermal fillers and collagen boosters to achieve beautiful, flawless results.
When not enhancing beautiful faces, Olga loves a day outdoors with her gorgeous family, followed by a cosy night in.
Paulina Janik
RGN (Registered General Nurse)
Paulina is a highly experienced registered nurse with a strong clinical background in cardiology and aesthetic medicine. She is currently completing a professional diploma in dermatology, further enhancing her expertise in skin health.
Originally from Poland, she graduated from the Medical University of Łódź in 2012 before completing her Master's degree in Nursing in 2014.
After moving to Ireland in 2017, she continued her nursing journey in the cardiac catheterization lab and cardiac day unit, developing extensive clinical expertise in pateint care and complex procedures.
At Medaesthetics, Paulina specialises in advanced skin treatments and laser therapies including consultations, microneedling, PRP, injectables, and medical-grade lasers. She also performs total body mapping and treats a range of skin concerns such as rosacea, acne, and pigmentation.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys time with her two daughters, staying active, and reading.
Ella Kneebone
Aesthetic Practitioner
Ella is a skilled aesthetic practioner at Med Aesthetics, originally from New Zealand.
Whilst she provides an array of our treatments, she specialises in our skin rejuvenating treatments, providing our exclusive facials, such as the diamond glow facial, AYUNA facial and our microneedling treatment.
She has lived and worked in London, where she gained valuable experience at a highly sought-after clinic, refining her expertise in advanced facial massage techniques while working with a range of high-profile clients.
Ella is passionate about combining results-driven treatments with a holistic, massage-led approach, creating a unique experience that supports both skin health and overall wellbeing.
Her favourite treatment is the Ayuna Facial, a deeply relaxing treatment that leaves the skin visibly rejuvenated, fresh, and radiant.

Sandra Tyaz
Assistant Manager
Sandra is the Assistant Manager at Med Aesthetics and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, she helps create the welcoming and professional experience the clinic is known for.
Working closely alongside the Operations Manager and wider team, Sandra helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining the high standards at the heart of Med Aesthetics. Her calm, approachable, and caring nature makes her a valued part of both the team and patient experience.
Sandra has completed her LLB in Law, reflecting her strong work ethic and strong skills in communication, organisation, and professionalism.
Outside of the clinic, she has a strong passion for fitness and DJing, brining together a creative and energetic side to everything she does.
Kadiatou Ba

Kad is the Social Media Manager and part of thr Front of House team at Med Aesthetics, where she combines creativity with client care to help shape the clinic's online presence and in-clinic experience.
With a background in marketing and wellness, she is passionate about creating content that feels both informative and authentic, while reflecting the elevated standard of the clinic. From treatment education and campaign launches to capturing the atmosphere of the clinic, Kad plays a key role in brining the Med Aesthetics brand to life online.
Alongside managing the socials, she is also part of the client experience within the clinic, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for every clinet who walks through the door.
Outside of the clinic, Kad has a strong interest in overall wellness and the creative arts.
