BREAST AUGMENTATION

The Surgery

Breast augmentation is performed as a day surgery procedure. Our surgeons provide the most natural-looking breast augmentation results by using only small incisions, and by placing implants under the breast tissue and often underneath the pectoralis muscle. Depending on the individual and how much breast tissue she has, implants may also be placed over the muscle. In order to keep the incision as short as possible (4cm!) and to minimise handling, a Keller Funnel is used to insert the implant.

You should notice an immediate change in your figure after your breast enlargement, although your final results will take about 6 months to fully develop. Within 2 to 4 weeks after your breast augmentation, swelling should subside, and incision marks should fade within 6 months.
